Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Free Shipping

With a qualifying order of $150.00 or greater, Tyler Gray Models is happy to offer Free Ground Shipping within the USA, Lower 48 states only  (AK & HI do not apply). Free Ground/Economy Shipping methods are at the discretion of Tyler Gray Models Shipping department.

Please note that with Free Shipping, we do not guarantee any delivery time, insurance or tracking information,  some orders can take up to 7 days to arrive.

If a faster shipping method is chosen with a qualifying order of $150.00 or greater, please know that we cannot offer any credit or discount towards a faster, alternative shipping method. If Free Ground Economy will not arrive on time, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to choose the correct method for proper delivery.

Tyler Gray Models LLC , reserves the right to excluded items or order(s) of the free shipping promotion upon Tyler Gray Models LLC  discretion, we will notify the customer about it, who can pay for a different shipping method or cancel the order.
